You may order Ingram Publisher Services (IPS) titles by phone, fax, and e-mail, as well as electronically through such platforms as ipage® and flashback®4. For information about IPS ordering via these methods, please click the links below.

Ordering may also be done through your point of sale (POS) system. To do this, you will need to set up “IPS” as a vendor. Set up information for a number of POS systems is provided in the links below. If you system is not listed, please contact your POS provider for assistance.*

From time-to-time you may need to re-assign existing product to “IPS”. Instructions are available through your POS provider.

* Please Note: POS orders can be placed over the Internet by file transfer protocol (FTP). This requires a new FTP login for “IPS”. (In addition to the one you may already have for Ingram or Spring Arbor.) Users of these systems can request an new “IPS” FTP login by calling our Electronic Ordering Department at (800) 234-6737 or by completing an online request form by clicking here.
