For your convenience, Ingram Publisher Services provides access to two types of data files for product information:  ONIX® and Stock Availability

ONIX®

ONIX is a standard format that publishers use to distribute electronic information about their books to booksellers. Ingram Publisher Services updates ONIX data once a week on behalf of its client publishers.
The IPS Canada ONIX file contains only the electronic information for products from the client publishers being distributed into Canada. Canadian customers should use this file for availability in Canada. Ingram Publisher Services updates ONIX data once a week on behalf of its client publishers distributing into Canada.

All inquiries or requests to obtain Ingram Publisher Services (IPS) ONIX data feeds should be emailed to:  eloquence@firebrandtech.com.

This includes US, Canadian, and International ONIX feed requests. eloquence is the authoritative source for Ingram Publisher Services’ ONIX data feeds.

IPS Inventory/Stock Availability Download Files

The purpose of the IPS Inventory file is to supply Ingram Publisher Service customers with the necessary data fields to update product availability, product publication dates, pricing and discounting electronically.  For more information about this file or to subscribe, please send your request to: ips_stock@ingramcontent.com.
