You may order Ingram Publisher Services titles by phone, fax, and e-mail as well as electronically through such platforms as ipage® and companion®. The helpful document below contains details and instructions on ordering through third-party retail systems.

If you are placing electronic orders through IBID, you will need a software patch to order titles directly through Ingram Publisher Services. You must have IBID version 14 to use the patch. To request this software patch with instructions, please click here.

If you use one of the following systems, you can place IPS orders over the Internet by file transfer protocol (FTP). This requires a new FTP login for IPS in addition to the one you may already have for Ingram Book Group.
